HANDWRITING ANALYSIS > PERSONALITY PROFILE > PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT > EXECUTIVE COACHING
Schedule of Services

1. RECRUITMENT

Graphoanalysis is best used in the final stages of a recruitment programme. Having spent a great deal of time reducing the list of candidates to the final few, it is often very difficult to choose the final candidate.

Well known tools such as Myers-Briggs and Belbin do not provide an in depth individual measurement of each candidates personality profile to allow you to necessarily separate one from another.

We work with you to first understand which individual personality traits are required for specific job roles, then we produce a graphoanalysis of each candidate and compare them with your specification. This will enable you not only to select the most appropriate candidate; it will also enable you to have an in depth understanding of the selected candidate prior to them starting work for your business.

The cost both financially and organisationally of misplacing new recruits is significant. The use of Graphoanalysis will reduce your overall recruitment costs, improve organisational performance and help to enhance your Company reputation. This report conforms to the code of ethics set by IGAS.

2. TEAM DEVELOPMENT

In our experience most organisations fail to spend enough time and effort building their key teams. From the board room to the shop floor, employees are given some class room training and then left to work things out for themselves.

Graphoanalysis can be used in these situations to identify individual team members’ strengths and weaknesses, helping to build teams and make them more effective. Actions are put into place that will build the collective effort and mitigate differences and weaknesses.

Analysing each team member before a team session is the best way to maximise the effectiveness of this analysis. This report conforms to the code of ethics set by IGAS.

3. VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE

In our experience many people end up in a career driven by circumstance rather than choice. Once embedded it is a brave person who is prepared to change direction. Family commitments, financial situation and being afraid of the unknown hold most people back. Even if you do decide to change career how do you know where you are most likely to find success?

This analysis will help you to understand your natural aptitudes, and the areas where you are most likely to find success. It is designed to help an individual select an appropriate career and as importantly what to avoid.

This analysis cannot pick an exact job for you but it will point you towards specific areas where your natural aptitudes will be used to your advantage.

Whether you are just starting out, finishing School or University or whether you are frustrated by your status quo or maybe are looking for a change later in your career, this analysis will help to move you in the right direction. This report conforms to the code of ethics set by IGAS.

4. PROFESSIONAL EXECUTIVE PROFILING

We have seen at firsthand how many Companies struggle to find senior people who are suitable to lead their business. All too often people in senior positions fail to distinguish between leadership and management. This analysis is designed to help select the most appropriate people to lead a business or institution. Firstly agreeing the traits and qualities that distinguish leaders this analysis will then help key stakeholders to select the best people to lead their business. This report conforms to the code of ethics set by IGAS.

5. PERSONAL PROFILE

This analysis focuses on the evaluation of a writer’s personality. This is for people who want to better understand themselves, their immediate family members or close friends. The analysis will help people to become more self aware leading to a situation where self understanding replaces confusion or frustration. The analyst will point out a few small changes in personal behaviour that can have a significantly positive effect for the individual. This report can be used at any stage of life.

This report conforms to the code of ethics set by IGAS.

6. COMPATIBILITY

Your future career, educational success, friendships and marriage all rest on your ability to understand someone else and hope that these people understand you. Understanding your similarities and differences and knowing how to cope with them can be the difference between success, happiness and fulfilment and disappointment, frustration and failure.

The following key relationships and many more are very often the most important we have in our lives and all too often little time is taken between both parties in trying to understand the other:
  • Teacher - pupil
  • Manager - employee
  • Husband - wife

This report will point out the personality traits that are required for a compatible relationship in each circumstance, giving practical advice to both sides of the relationship to help with mutual understanding and ultimately aiming to create the ground for successful relationships. This report conforms to the code of ethics set by IGAS.

7. CREDIT RISK ASSESSMENT

How do you know whether an individual is likely to be a good or bad credit risk? You can run your normal credit risk assessments but these do not necessarily have any bearing on the true nature of individual and whether they represent a safe credit risk.

This analysis will identify the positive factors that support a person’s integrity such as pride, frankness and dignity, all of which will support a person’s credit worthiness and highlight the weak factors such as deceptiveness, an over generous nature and short lived determination all of which will reduce a person’s credit worthiness.

With this balanced analysis you will be in far better position to make valued judgements about whether to allow the credit in the first place and if you do whether someone will honour their debt commitments on time in full or whether you are likely to have problems collecting your debt. This report conforms to the code of ethics set by IGAS.

8. QUESTIONED DOCUMENTS

This is a non forensic examination of documents, letters and poison pen letters to help determine authenticity. This analysis covers both handwritten documents as well as signatures.

Handwriting comparison requires the questioned sample plus a known original piece of writing from the reference person. The longer the sample of each writing type, the more certain will be the conclusion of the opinion given. It is possible to give an opinion based on photocopies; however original manuscripts will ensure a more accurate opinion.

Signature comparison requires a copy of the questioned signature plus at least one copy of the reference signature. It is preferable to review several reference signatures in order to pass an accurate opinion.

It is important to try and obtain original documents for examination where these are available. It is understood that on some occasions this is not possible for various reasons. On these occasions an opinion will be expressed but could be qualified depending on the quality of the copies provided. This report conforms to the code of ethics set by IGAS.

Questioned Documents service please contact me without obligation.

9. EXECUTIVE COACHING & CONSULTING SERVICES

So your analysis has been completed, what do you do next? Most organisations that provide personality assessments stop at the point when the analysis is complete and while the results of the test no doubt have much validity the question remains so what do I do now I have this information?

At Italicus we provide a follow up coaching and consulting service, so that each recipient of an analysis can have the chance to discuss the results of their analysis on a one-to-one basis, working with their person coach to agree what actions should be taken to improve their effectiveness.

In most cases a number of small actions can have a major impact on personal effectiveness helping to find greater satisfaction at home and at work.
